**Job Title: Producer, Creative Director**

Lifeano is a fast-growing digital media company located in British Columbia, Canada. We collaborate closely with many influential individuals to share the history and culture of various regions worldwide through diverse forms.

We have multiple channels on YouTube and have successfully launched the Lifeano app, currently with millions of Chinese-speaking users. Meanwhile, we are continuously improving the Lifeano platform's ecosystem, providing diverse collaboration opportunities for influencers, and bringing them reasonable commercial returns.

Lifeano is highly focused on building Personal IPs and producing high-quality content. For potential partners, we are willing to engage in deep collaborations, including joint planning and production of exclusive cultural content, as well as brand packaging and market operation to enhance the influence and commercial returns of Personal IPs. We are committed to becoming a digital media ecosystem leader in the cultural vertical field.

**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the Creation team in the development and production of high-quality digital media content. Ensuring that all content is engaging, informative.
- Develop and implement content strategies that support business objectives and engage our target audience.
- Collaborate with other departments, including Marketing and Sales, to ensure the alignment of content with overall company messaging and brand identity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital media creation, incorporating new ideas and technologies into our strategy.
- Prepare and control of budgets for projects and productions
- Hire and supervise staffs
- Responsible for the establishment, operation and management of a professional new media production team.
- Responsible for user operation management, create and plan online and offline activities
- Commercial operation of video programs, such as cooperation with video websites, social media, etc.
- Build a team responsible for social media operation and planning and execution of online and offline activities and various press conferences.
- In addition to its own team management, vigorously develop cooperation with external high-quality teams, including copyright cooperation, traffic cooperation, commercial advertising cooperation, etc.
- Collaborate and contract with some high-quality content creators to help them develop their own media channels.
- Participate the strategic planning of the company's overall content and operations. Create multiple IP characters and build media matrix through content.

**Qualifications**:

- A university degree or college diploma in communications, broadcasting, journalism or related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience within the digital media production, film and television production company are required.
- 3 years of management experience in industries such as digital media, television and film production or broadcasting is required.
- Mandarin as an asset.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
