**What we look for**:

- Three years of work experience as a content specialist, creative assistant, digital media specialist, video producer, or related field. A portfolio or sample of recent related work will be required.
- Intermediate-to-advanced skills with tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop and other media editing software.
- A collaborative mindset - proven track record of working in teams resulting in high-quality content.
- The ability to work with people from various backgrounds and cultures.
- Experience working with others and/or alone to create high-quality audio and visual content such as mini-docs, podcasts, commercials, corporate videos, spots, etc.
- Academic accreditation in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Digital Media, or in any other relevant field.
- A demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and execute multiple tasks
- The ability to work effectively with people in a fast-paced, high performing environment and maintain a positive attitude
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills based on an understanding of communication theory and best practices.
- A strong background in digital content creation & development; digital video/photography shooting & editing; graphic design, data visualization, motion graphics & infographics; and digital & social media.
- The ability to make complex and technical information accessible, engaging and relatable.
- You have strong experience with digital video shooting and editing.
- You’re a self-starter who loves to create content, works well within a team, and can produce content on time and under tight deadlines.
- Experience with 3D modeling, rendering, and animations.
- Experience in shipbuilding or manufacturing
- Experience in Agile / Lean software development environments or an understanding of Scrum
- An up-to-date understanding of social media trends and digital media best practices.
- You’re well-versed in graphic design, motion graphics and infographics.
- An impeccable eye for detail, brand consistency and tone of voice.
