Cadillac Services is looking for reliable snow shovelers in the St. John's area to facilitate snow shoveling of commercial properties as part of a dedicated shoveling crew.

**Responsibilities**
- Clean snow & ice from sidewalks, steps, ramps and similar
- Utilize snow shovels
- Operate snowblowers & sidewalk cleaning machines once trained
- Spread salt and deicers utilizing spreaders and similar
- Assist snow removal team in loading and unloading materials and supplies

**Requirements**:

- No experience is required, on the job training will be provided
- Must comply and actively participate in the Company Health & Safety Program
- Must have transportation to job sites or assigned location - Pickup from residence a possibility.
- Based out of Mount Pearl and St. John's Locations.
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Comply with business ethics, applicable laws and regulation
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information

**Work Environment/Physical Requirements**
- Work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
- Able to work overnight, overtime or extended shifts if required by the Crew Lead and weather conditions
- Ability to work in extreme conditions - including freezing temperatures
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs.
