**Full-Time & Part-Time - Seasonal (Immediate Start)**

**WildBear Snow & Lawn**, a trusted family-owned company in the St. Albert-Edmonton area, is looking for hardworking and reliable **Snow Removal Labourers** to join our **Sidewalk Crew** for the 2024-2025 winter season.

If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in keeping properties safe, and want to be part of a solid team that treats you like family—not just a number—this job is for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Use shovels, backpack blowers, and powered walk-behind equipment
- Work safely and efficiently during snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Travel between commercial and residential job sites with the crew
- Follow direction from Crew Leads and maintain a positive attitude

**Requirements**:

- **Must be reliable** and able to show up during storms (early mornings or late nights)
- Physically capable of lifting snow, walking long distances, and working in cold weather
- Valid driver’s license is an asset (not required)
- Previous snow, landscaping, or labour experience is a bonus
- Ability to work well as a team and communicate when issues arise
