Overview

Pyramid Construction is looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team for the upcoming winter season. This is an essential role that keeps our sites, clients, and team members safe during the snowy months — and we're looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job right.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Shoveling and snow clearing
  • Operating a snow blower
  • Salting walkways and designated areas
  • Working from a set salting schedule
  • Completing weather-dependent snow clearing as required

Hours & Availability

  • Paid for 45 hours/week
  • Working hours will fluctuate based on snowfall
  • On-call 7 days a week, but only when weather conditions require it (easy to plan with the forecast)
  • Seasonal role: December 15, 2025 – March 31, 2026

What We're Looking For

  • Someone dependable, punctual, and comfortable working outdoors
  • Able to work early mornings, evenings, and during snowfall when required
  • Physically capable of shoveling and operating a snow blower
  • A clean driver's abstract (required for insurance on the company vehicle)
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
