We are looking for a driven and experienced CNC Machine Tool Sales Representative to help us grow our business and maintain strong customer relationships.

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented CNC Machine Tool Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our new CNC machinery, providing technical expertise to potential clients, and building long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote and sell CNC machinery and related services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the manufacturing and machining sectors.
- Identifying needs and providing technical solutions and service for customers.
- Frequent travel to customer sites throughout Alberta to provide technical service, define problems and provide solutions to the end user.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to provide tailored solutions to customer needs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements.
- Promote all product lines.

**Qualifications**:

- In-depth knowledge of CNC and conventional equipment, machining processes, and related technologies gained through experience and/or education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret machining/manufacturing drawings.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to travel to customer sites as required.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Must have strong problem-solving skills.
- Must be outgoing, proactive, motivated, professional self-starter.
- Must have time management and organizational skills.
- Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Experience (2 - 3 years) in machine tool or cutting tool sales and asset.
