We need is an enthusiastic **Workload Planner** to help manage, monitor, and come up with strategies that yield efficiencies in the business

**Key Responsibilities**
- Represent Enercare in a professional, courteous and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call; you are a proud ambassador for our company.
- Answer phone calls and tend to internal and external customers’ requests.
- Handle customer escalations by ensuring that their problems get resolved and their issues addressed at the right level.
- Continuously monitor the board to prevent anomalies and ensuring that each work order is completed from start to finish.
- Forecast for peak seasons, or temperatures hitting sub-zero levels or heatwaves. Making sure that there are enough resources as per requirement.
- Handle escalations with preventative measures before it turns into an Office Of The President complaint.
- Clean up the queues as it pertains to the Workload Planning Department.
- Contribute to business growth by effectively allocating workload to technicians.
**Skills, Abilities and Experience**:
- 1+ year experience with dealing with customer escalations over the phone or in person.
- 1+ year customer service experience skills.
- Ability to adapt to new responsibilities and changing priorities
- Manages multiple tasks effectively to meet deadlines
- Great focus and attention to detail
- Be willing and able to work rotating shifts, weekends, holidays, and standby duties as required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, both in written and verbal communications.
- Must have strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Very punctual and dependable.
