**About Us**:
We are a growing, fast-paced millwork company specializing in high-quality custom cabinetry for residential and commercial projects. With a focus on craftsmanship and precision, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated **Entry-Level Drafter/Detailer** to support our production and design process.

**Position Summary**:
As an Entry-Level Drafter/Detailer, you will assist in creating accurate shop drawings and technical documentation for production cabinetry and millwork projects. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and the production team to translate architectural plans and concepts into precise manufacturing details.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed CAD drawings for custom cabinetry and millwork using AutoCAD / Microvellum
- Interpret architectural drawings and convert them into production-ready shop drawings
- Collaborate with project managers and senior drafters to ensure design intent is maintained
- Revise drawings based on redlines or feedback from the shop or client
- Maintain organized drawing files and support document control processes

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn millwork standards
- Diploma or certificate in Architectural Technology, Drafting, Interior Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with construction documents or woodworking is an asset but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
