**Qualifications**
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or culinary degree preferred
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
- Ability to manage a budget
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to create catering policies for employees to follow

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep the executive’s calendar up-to-date, including adding events, rescheduling appointments and providing daily briefings to event planners
- Act as the gatekeeper for internal and external contacts, including vendors, colleagues, clients, and customers
- Conduct research and creating reports on various topics based on the needs of the executive
- Plan and organize events that take place externally, such as any event you are responsible for that come through the catering department
- Keep important information and documents organized physically, and electronically
- Maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
