**Curriculum Administrator**
**Scope**:
This role works together with a team consisting of the Curriculum Development Manager, Managers of Education Delivery, Curriculum Coordinator (shared across multiple Nursing Programs), Subject Matter Experts, all members of the Education delivery team, Nursing Program Director and PN Leadership Team. This individual administratively supports the entry, maintenance, and upkeep of existing curriculum relevant to a portfolio of programs into Stenberg College’s LMS and network.

- **Location**: Surrey, BC/Work From Home
**What You Will Do**:
- _**Organization**:_ update, modify, and maintain existing in-class, online, and simulation-based curriculum
- _**Collaboration**_: work with new and existing instructors to make sure they are properly oriented to all curriculum and instructional resources
- _**Time Management**:_ manage multiple deadlines by prioritizing and delegating tasks, work closely with the Curriculum Developer and Curriculum Administrator
- _**Administration**:_ ensure all curriculum content and revisions are completed accurately
**Who You Are/What You Possess**:
- Minimum of a Diploma in Administration/Curriculum/Education/Healthcare
- 1+ years’ demonstrated experience in developing classroom, online or community-based curriculum/programming rooted in adult learning best practice including the development and alignment of learning objective with assessments is preferred
- 1+ years teaching or training experience with adult learners, with some experience with adult learners in an E-learning delivery environment is preferred
- Computer proficiency: good knowledge of MS Office, Google docs, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
- Minimum of one year experience in a customer service or office administration role in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in business writing and preparing business communications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Professional Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience with learning management systems and eLearning development tools such as Camtasia is an asset
- Accurate keyboarding skills of 50 wpm
- Openness to participate in the Canadian College of Educators Certificate in Curriculum Development program (6 months to complete online. 5 modules. 100 hours)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
