**Job description**

**Office Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing general office operation.
- Greeting visitors, answering a high-volume of incoming phone calls and delivering world-class service to our customers.
- Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
- Coordinating enrolment of students to various programs and organize calendars for the virtual classes.
- Purchasing office supplies and equipment and maintaining proper stock levels.
- Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
- Creating presentations and other management-level reports.
- Assisting the team with assembling the curriculum whenever needed.

**Office Administrator Requirements**:

- A bachelor degree or equivalent.
- One year experience in office administration preferred.
- Excellent computer skills, including a good degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Freelance, Apprenticeship

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
