Agassiz, Canada West Coast Robotics Ltd. Full time

West Coast Robotics is the leading provider of robotics technology for the dairy industry throughout British Columbia. We are the gold standard when it comes to dairy automation. As we continue to expand, we are currently seeking a talented and dedicated **Project Coordinator** to join our equally talented team.

This is a hands-on role, with a focus on assisting the Project Manager. You should have a passion for technology and project coordination. You leave nothing to chance, with a keen eye for details and the bigger picture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist and work alongside the Project Manager in the creation, execution, and completion of internal and external projects
- Perform site inspections and ensure ongoing work is performed correctly
- Plan resource allocation to meet deadlines
- Create and maintain project documentation
- Coordinate onsite team members and communicate project goals
- Assist in the creation of site plans and system designs
- Provide general administrative and installation support as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Background and/or understanding in project management software and methodologies
- Background in construction considered an asset
- Background in the dairy industry considered an asset
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft software such as Outlook, Excel, Teams, etc.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software
- Ability to work under pressure and effectively multi-task
- Willingness to learn about a wide variety of topics related to dairy operations, technology, building techniques, software, and many more
