At Radish our focus is simple: we create fresh dishes we love and look forward to sharing with others. During the day, we offer a variety of sandwiches, salads, bowls, and a few egg dishes — perfect for those who enjoy breakfast any time. As the evening sets in, the atmosphere shifts, and so does the menu. Pastas, pizzas, meat dishes, and shareable vegetables plates, perfect for solo dinners and even better with friends. And of course, we have craft cocktails and a carefully chosen wine list — everything one needs for a great night out in the neighbourhood.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 2+ years bartending experience in a high-volume cocktail driven environment, that includes a full-serviced wood and service bar
- Full-time or part-time flexible hours are required (days, nights, weekends, holidays) or as agreed with your hiring manager
- Serving It Right certification
- Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality, WSET, Prud’homme or equivalent considered an asset
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create an environment that is warm, welcoming and filled with positivity for guests and employees
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing outstanding service and meaningful interactions
- Provide attentive service, while being professional, focused and reliable
- Mix and serve drinks following set standard recipes
- Oversee the overall operation of the bar; POS, set up, tear down, mise en place, etc.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar, equipment + supplies
- Strong knowledge of all menu and beverage items including liquor brands, beers and non-alcoholic selections
- Be aware of all inventory behind the bar. When requested, count and take inventory of beverages and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to retain and clearly articulate details of bar offering, and beverage program
- create and contribute to drink creation
- training and development of new cocktails, products etc.
- Be aware of any special requests, inclusive of guest allergies
