**About Us**:
The automotive retail industry is a fast-paced and exciting environment. Pioneer Chrysler Jeep in Mission was founded in 1957 and is the oldest Chrysler dealership in BC. Since the current owners took over in 1998, Pioneer has expanded throughout the Lower Mainland and the province. The Pioneer Auto Group accounting department within Pioneer Chrysler Jeep is a lively department. We regularly get in office visits from other department team members including sales, service, and leasing.

**About the Role**:
This accounts receivable (A/R) clerk position will involve working mainly in the Fleet Wing Leasing office and occasionally in the main accounting office at Pioneer Chrysler Jeep. This is a newly created position that will support the whole of the Pioneer Auto Group, with a focus on leasing and parts and service customers. You will be required to communicate with other accounting team members as well as external team members such as sales, parts and service, and management. Communicating with external parties, such as Pioneer customers and ICBC, will be a significant part of this role.

The role will include:

- Following up on overdue payments from lease clients.
- Sending out monthly invoices for parts and service account customers.
- Processing payments and updating payment information.
- Clearly communicating timelines and next steps for customers who are in arrears.
- Reaching out to sales team members and managers regarding unfunded deals.
- Communicating with ICBC and parts and service regarding claim payments.
- Providing updates to managers and team members in a timely manner.
- The use of enterprise software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Google Sheets, and various other programs.

Customer/client service experience is an asset. Clear written and spoken communication skills are a requirement. Attention to detail is important for this position. A familiarity with Microsoft Excel is preferred.

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
