**Who You'll Be Working With**:

- Hi My name is Ailey Joung, and I’m the Senior Product Development Manager here at Mejuri. In my role, I am responsible for leading the day to day product development of the 14K category. I ensure new products are delivered at the right time, cost, and execution, while ensuring they uphold the Mejuri aesthetic and quality standards. I was the first PD member at Mejuri and it has been incredible to witness the team’s rapid growth over the past 4 years. **The Role**:

- The Sample Management Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Product Development Team in managing and organizing all development samples. This will include tracking inbound and outbound sample shipments, coordinating sample shares, and managing sample inventory. This role will also support and eventually lead the cross functional sample management meeting and assist the Product Development Team with administrative duties as needed.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage all development sample shipment and inventory which includes tracking, receiving and checking in samples.
- Organize sample inventory which includes sample distribution to cross functional partners and clearing up sample obsolescence following the standard operating procedures.
- Review, inspect overall quality, and share sample images with key cross functional partners upon receipt of sample shipments and approve sample invoice.
- Coordinate outbound and inbound return sample shipments with key cross functional partners and suppliers.
- Manage all inbound and outbound development sample shipments; communicate with 3rd party service providers (i.e. Fedex) when necessary.
- Lead the coordination of cross functional sample management meetings.
- Ensure the sample tracking documents are up to date with accurate information for both internal team and cross functional shares.
- Request and review Weekly PD Reports from suppliers for upcoming sample shipment status.
- Support in building and maintaining the product development materials and sample library.
- Support in quality test sample coordination as needed.
- Assist the Product Development team with administrative duties as needed.
- Required to visit the Fulfillment Center as needed.

- Working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Suites
