The incumbent is also responsible for maintaining and requesting materials required by Sample Clerks.Key Responsibilities:Receive sample requests and delegates them to the assigned Sample ClerkMaintain and request materials required by the Sample ClerksComplete and submit UPS/FEDEX and Prior Notices to the FDAUpdate sample log with daily shipments and UPS tracking numbersArrange with the production manager to replenish sample stock levels of necessary baked goods and icingsWork alongside Shipping and Receiving to maintain stock level of existing items for the Sample ClerksCommunicate with Sample Coordinator (test kitchen) for new items or items that need to be made in the test kitchenAssist Sample Clerks in repacking/ reviewing new concepts of productsWeigh and record lot numbers for each item on the sample request form being sent out on a daily basisWork closely with QA and Marketing to ensure FPR samples are collected, reviewed and sent out to the customersCommunicate with Purchasing/ Receiving and Marketing departments when supplies need to be replenishedCollect and prepare (repack) product samples to be shipped to Customers, Sales and Marketing for internal meetingsQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentKnowledge of HACCP, GMP’s and general Health and SafetyAdvanced level of problem solving and decision-making skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsWhat we Offer:As we grow, we are committed to preserve our diversity & culture that is unique, people focused and are core to our success at every size.Flexible work arrangements and hybrid work environment.Learning and growth; we are working to create an environment where sharing new ideas, experimenting and learning from each other is strongly encouraged.Competitive benefits, along with work-life balanceGive and Go is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees regardless of race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic or national origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, record of offences (for which a pardon has been granted), disability, marital or family status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
