Job Overview: Responsible for managing the sample requirements for new and existing products across the organization. The incumbent maintains and requests materials required by Sample Clerks. Responsibilities Receive sample requests and delegate them to the assigned Sample Clerk Maintain and request materials required by the Sample Clerks Complete and submit UPS/FEDEX and Prior Notices to the FDA Update sample log with daily shipments and UPS tracking numbers Arrange with the production manager to replenish sample stock levels of necessary baked goods and icings Work alongside Shipping and Receiving to maintain stock level of existing items for the Sample Clerks Communicate with Sample Coordinator (test kitchen) for new items or items that need to be made in the test kitchen Assist Sample Clerks in repacking/reviewing new concepts of products Weigh and record lot numbers for each item on the sample request form being sent out daily Work closely with QA and Marketing to ensure FPR samples are collected, reviewed, and sent out to customers Communicate with Purchasing/Receiving and Marketing when supplies need to be replenished Collect and prepare (repack) product samples to be shipped to Customers, Sales and Marketing for internal meetings Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Knowledge of HACCP, GMPs and general Health and Safety Advanced level of problem solving and decision-making skills Strong written and verbal communication skills What We Offer Commitment to diversity and culture that is people-focused and core to our success Flexible work arrangements and hybrid work environment Learning and growth; environment that encourages sharing ideas and experimentation Competitive benefits and work-life balance Equal Employment Opportunity: Give and Go is committed to providing equal employment opportunities for all applicants and employees regardless of race, ancestry, place of origin, color, ethnic or national origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, disability, marital or family status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
