**Position Overview**
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented **Floater/Sterilization Assistant** to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, works well under pressure, and can jump in wherever needed. You will ensure instruments are cleaned, sterilized, and organized, while also assisting with operatory turnover and supporting clinical staff as required.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform all sterilization, disinfection, and maintenance of instruments and equipment following IPAC guidelines.
- Turn over operatories efficiently between patients.
- Restock rooms and maintain inventory of sterilization supplies.
- Assist chairside when needed, including passing instruments and preparing materials.
- Support team members in various areas of the office as a “floater” when required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous dental assisting or sterilization experience preferred.
- Knowledge of infection prevention and control protocols an asset.
- HARP certification preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
