Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office and warehouse. This dual role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including office administration, order entry, inventory management, program coordination, and warehouse support.
**Responsibilities**:
**Office Administration**:
Maintain office supplies by regularly restocking coffee, snacks, and other essentials.
Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team members.
Assist with miscellaneous office tasks to support day-to-day operations.
Support sales representatives and assistants by entering and processing orders.
Ordering samples per Rep request, as well as arranging returns and credits.
**Inventory/Program Management**:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to replenish stock as needed.
Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in inventory records.
Oversee uniform programs, including monitoring inventory levels, replenishing stock, and managing order fulfillment.
Collaborate with the warehouse team during distributions and fulfillments.
Ensure that all program requirements are met with precision and attention to detail.
**Warehouse Support**:
Assist in warehouse operations during busy periods or special projects.
Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
**Qualifications**:
Proven experience in office administration, order entry, and inventory management.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
**Reporting Structure**:
This position will report directly to the CEO and Executive Assistant, providing an opportunity for close collaboration with top-level management.
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
