Calgary and Canmore. We have exciting growth plans which include expanding into
Kelowna and further vacation markets, across Canada.

As we expand further into new markets, as our Business Manager you will be responsible for providing and maintaining exceptional experiences for our guests and also for our clients for whom we manage their real estate investments.

You will play a pivotal role in coordinating internal and external team members to ensure day-to-day operations are well maintained to a very high standard and order.

Manager will be instrumental in achieving the company’s accelerated growth.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Guest Management and maintaining exceptional guest experience
- Manage reservations on online platforms to ensure revenue and profitability targets are met or exceeded with weekly/monthly/quarterly reviews with management
- Overseeing and setting up new listings on multiple STR platforms including: Airbnb,
- Implementing daily pricing strategies and revenue management
- Managing inventory and tracking supplies at all properties and quality control
- Efficient claims submission through the Airbnb platform and damage deposit claims
- Coordinating with internal staff including: customer service team, cleaning staff, handyman, interior designer and new property set up.
- Oversee, manage, and provide training to the customer service team so they have the tools and resources to perform their duties effectively. Creating standard operating procedures to improve company efficiencies.
- Provide updates to management on the performance of the team and hold team members accountable to their duties by adhering to the company process manual with regular weekly review calls and schedule bi-annual individual team member reviews to review their performance
- Coordinate with landlord / property owner clients of the company to ensure maintenance items that fall outside normal wear/tear from guests are addressed and rectified in a timely manner
- Review online reviews throughout each week from guests and address any feedback from guests to ensure properties are continually improved to improve guest experience. Attempt to remove any reviews that do not comply with online OTA platform review and content policies
- Review and respond to all incoming inquiries into Pique’s STR management leads and help with coordination for full set up of new properties with vendors.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5+ years’ experience in a hospitality or a customer service based role
- Sales/business development experience is an asset
- Previous experience in project and / or property management is an asset
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Deep desire to succeed and to grow in your career
- Possessing strong leadership skills and managing a team to work together towards a shared vision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Creative and solution-oriented attitude
- Post secondary or certification is an asset
