We are currently looking for a Rental Consultant to join our rentals team at Driving Force Fleet Solutions in our Edmonton West location.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Provide exceptional service throughout the rental process, from managing reservations, generating quotes for short-term rentals, to finalizing rental agreements, processing payments, and completing necessary paperwork.
- Maintain consistent communication with customers, ensuring they are well-informed about rental terms and conditions before requesting signatures on all relevant documents.
- Conduct thorough walk-around inspections with customers, obtaining their authorization via signature.
- Perform daily checks on the drop box, process rental returns, evaluate the vehicle’s condition upon return, and offer recommendations for necessary maintenance if repairs are deemed necessary.
- Ensure vehicle availability and prepare rental units for delivery, including driving, cleaning, and fueling vehicles as needed.

**What You Bring**:

- 1 year's retail customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience in the automotive or rental industry is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Strong computer skills and you know your way around Microsoft Office.
- You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
- Abstract acceptable to The Driving Force Group of Companies Driver and Vehicle Safety Program.
- Clear pre-employment security clearance.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task with keen attention to detail.
