**About Us**

We manage a portfolio of short-term rental properties & residential properties and pride ourselves on providing a spotless, welcoming experience for our guests. We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented cleaners who take pride in their work and want to join a supportive, growing team.

**Responsibilities**

As a Short-Term Rental Cleaner, you will be responsible for preparing properties to the highest standard for each new guest. Duties include:

- Inspecting properties for damages, photographing/reporting issues, and noting any items left behind.
- Stripping beds, washing and replacing linens, and staging according to photos.
- Deep-cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and living areas with high attention to detail.
- Restocking supplies such as toiletries, coffee, tea, and guest amenities.
- Vacuuming/mopping floors, and staging decor to match listing photos.
- Ensuring all doors/windows are locked, garbage is taken out, and property is secure before departure.
- A full cleaning checklist will be provided._

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1+ years of experience** as a professional cleaner (residential, commercial, or hospitality).
- Authorized to work in Canada.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
- Must own a smartphone with a data plan (for scheduling, photos, and communication).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a checklist.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Flexible availability (cleanings are scheduled around guest check-ins/checkouts, between 10 AM - 4 PM).
