**In this role, you will**:
- Achieve operational excellence by planning and implementing process changes and operational goals based on business requirements and supporting technology. This includes working collaboratively with key stakeholders to identify, manage, and prioritize system defects and enhancements.
- Take the lead on selecting, orientating, and training new employees. Provide coaching to support their performance, quality of work, and ongoing training and development.
- Oversee the coordination and alignment of activities across the service delivery lifecycle by providing input, feedback, and liaison to internal and external delivery and user support teams.
- Maintain a safe and healthy workplace to meet health, safety, and emergency requirements. Additionally, you will investigate, resolve, and report variances.
**What it takes**:
- A bachelor’s degree in business or a diploma of technology in a related discipline from a recognized program, plus a minimum of five years of recent and related experience in financial and business performance analysis, including process mapping, communication, and systems experience.
- An equivalent combination of education, related training, and experience may be considered.
- Strong knowledge of designated operational areas and related systems, work methods, and procedures, plus an understanding of Company policies and standards, and safety management.
- A demonstrated ability to combine project management, continuous improvement, and change expertise that brings strategy to life and drives the business forward.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage competing priorities and demanding work schedules while also being able to effectively resolve conflict.
