**The Opportunity**:
The Senior Accounts Receivable Supervisor is an integral part of the Accounting team and will be working in support of external and internal customers. The Supervisor should have a keen eye for efficiency and passionate about improving internal processes to drive innovation, automation, service excellence and accuracy.

**In this role you’ll**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Accounts Receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming payments from clients
- Strong reconciliation and analytical skills with experiences in AR daily reconciliations and PMP daily reconciliations
- Ensure the reconciliation of all Accounts Receivable general ledger accounts
- Prepare a review of aged AR balances
- Organizes monthly meetings to review policies, procedures, and best practices
- Resolve complex AR Issues
- Monitor AR Accounting Help Inbox
- Principal backup of all the WIES AR Processes
- Support Acturis pilot projects
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Here’s what you bring**:

- You have post-secondary education in Accounting, Financial Management, with experience in Accounting systems. Bachelor’s in related field is preferred.
- Advanced Communication skills (including verbal, written).
- Strong Analytical skills with attention to detail with process mapping, analysis and re-design experience
- Good interpersonal, organizational, critical thinking, problem solving and negotiation skills
- Appetite for continuous learning, goal driven and able to work autonomously
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Office: Excel, Word and ERP systems
- 5 years' experience in an Accounts Payable department
- Customer service disposition with a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to identify, resolve and/or escalate issues using good professional judgement
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and to exercise discretion
