We are seeking a meticulous and adaptable sales administrator to manage our student intakes and invoices. In this role, you will verify student information, issue invoices, relay order instructions, and complete monthly sales reports. You will also be required to speak to agents and keeping them up to date with student information. You may also be required to process timesheets.

To ensure success, sales administrators should have experience in a sales environment and advanced administrative skills. Outstanding sales administrators understand sales performance metrics and provide excellent administrative support to ensure sales targets are met. In addition, you must be very approachable and bubbly when students or agents approach you. A very welcoming and pleasant personality is required.

**Sales Administrator Responsibilities**:

- Issuing letter of acceptances/ invoices to students as well as agents
- Verifying requests, including student personal information and payment details.
- Arranging zoom meeting with agents and updating them on LLI promotional items
- Maintaining and updating sales and student records.
- Communication to homestay families and ensuring students are happy in their homestay
- Compiling monthly sales reports and reporting directly to the School Director
- Expediting orders through internal liaison.
- Directing feedback from students/agents/ teachers to relevant departments.
- Supporting the registrar as well as the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

**Sales Administrator Requirements**:

- An associate’s or bachelor's degree in business administration or similar preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of sales administration experience is mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR, Freshsales, or similar.
- Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Proficient in excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
