**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Always maintain a high degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness
- Understand GrackleDocs’ products and services, and stay abreast of updates and additions
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports if required.
- Cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting
- Maintain client records
- Manage current client needs
- Engaging with new prospective customers and representing the company
- Assist senior sales executives where needed
- RFP Writing
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications & Skills**
- A minimum of 3 years of Industry experience preferable, or a combination of relevant professional training and experience
- Good English communication skills written and spoken
- Strong verbal communication, selling and customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities
- Able to perform well in stressful situations
- Work effectively in a close team atmosphere
- Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions.
- Proactive learning attitude to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Ability to provide customer feedback to the product development team
- Experience with social media and digital marketing tools for lead generation
- Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development

**Salary**: $48,086.00-$52,111.00 per year
