Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production Operator to join our team. As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, fabricating and packaging products, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. This is a full-time position in the food industry. Duties: - Operate production machinery according to established procedures and safety guidelines - Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any malfunctions or abnormalities - Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, such as cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting settings - Fabricate products by following specific recipes or formulas - Package finished products in accordance with company standards - Sanitize equipment and work areas to maintain cleanliness and food safety - Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications - Follow all safety protocols and adhere to food safety regulations - Maintain accurate production records and documentation Qualifications: - Previous experience in food processing or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred - Mechanical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues is required - Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential - Forklift certification is a plus - Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately - Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating quantities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
