The AmexGBT Products trainer delivers the learning sessions based on the product learning program to our customers. The role includes the development of learning content and the delivery of learning sessions on AmexGBT’s products and technology. The AmexGBT products trainer manages the logistics and administration related to the training provided.

**What You'll Be Doing**:
Creating and facilitating customized trainings for a dedicated client to both large and small audiences.
Develop and deliver all training collateral and communication collateral that is tailored for the client’s travel program.
Educate the user community to ensure that they are capable of using all the components of the
travel management service effectively.
Supporting and providing customized training sessions for the Neo Travel and Expense online booking tool including the Neo Admin suite.
Ability to translate training collateral from English to French.
Provide modular role based WBT (web-based training) program, working in conjunction with the Digital Training Team to develop program.
Deliver “Train the Trainer” training to Travel Managers.
Staying abreast on the latest product enhancements and communicating those updates's companywide to the dedicated client.
Developing FAQ’s and training curriculum based on client/traveler feedback.
Providing an outline and script to the Digital Training Team to develop customized web-based training modules.

**What We’re Looking For**:
Extensive knowledge of the Neo online booking tool.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to diverse audiences and be fluent in both English and French (written and verbal).
Learning and Development or training facilitation experience.
Travel/Expense experience.
WBT/ Virtual classroom design and development.
Learning and Development curriculum design experience.
