Sales and Partnership Manager

**Responsibilities**:
Company Description: Altagram Group is a global video game localization and audio production agency based in Berlin, Germany, with offices in Seoul, South Korea and Montreal, Canada. We are a talented and passionate team with years of experience in the video game and localization industry. With more than 5,000 game titles localized, we are a reliable partner to bring games to a worldwide audience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects in close cooperation with the international team.
- Generating new Business Sales.
- Attending international games industry events and traveling to potential new clients to represent Altagram.
- Identifying potential new clients, competitor research, reporting on local market and industry trends.
- Supporting our Business Development teams in South Korea and Germany.
- Close collaboration with the marketing team.
- Overseeing company pricing and leading price negotiations.
- Supporting yearly and quarterly sales planning.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent written and verbal English and French skills; knowledge of other languages would be a strong asset.
- Experience with B2B CRM tools.
- Confidence in building customer relations and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, good organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload effectively.
- A passion for games and/or knowledge of the video game localization industry would be an advantage.
