**Responsibilities**
- Working with the team and external advisors to operationally implement the capital raising strategy and process.
- Working with internal and external parties to prepare fundraising materials.
- Staying abreast of financial markets, economic news and trends.
- Assist with building relationships with lenders and investors for potential sources of financing and investment initiatives.
- Currency hedging analysis and FX market monitoring.

**Qualifications**

Success in this role requires collaboration, communication, leadership and vision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong, positive internal and external relationship management skills enabling you to engage at all levels.
- Ability to perform financial reporting, modelling and valuation and sensitivity analysis.
- Understanding of legal, contractual and regulatory frameworks.
- Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates excellent critical judgement.
- Flexible, proactive, a learner and able to work within a team.
- CFA, CPA or relevant experience.
- MBA or equivalent.
