**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Manage relationships with partners/vendors and participate in expansion activities
- Assist CEO in fundraising ventures.
- Work with the CEO to identify and secure funding for the company’s ongoing, long-term operational needs.
- Foster and cultivate stakeholder relationships including the investment community.
- Generates organizational commitment to the vision and ensures alignment with the organization’s strategic direction and business plan.
- Identifies and cultivates new business opportunities.
- Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework.
- Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between internal and external parties.
- Provide insights on market activity and present them to the leadership team.
- Analyze and present financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and anything else that could impact the business.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience dealing with investors.
- Proven ability in raising capital and working with investors is a must.
- A high degree of market insight and strategic planning & business development.
- Able to interact comfortably with the executive management team.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, master’s degree or MBA.
- A strong understanding of macroeconomics, capital markets trends, competitor activities, industry dynamics, and customer trends.
- A professional who is also entrepreneurial, and has a client-minded focus.
- Must be able to perform in a high-pressure environment, and be able to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to draft engaging and impactful messages for inspiring employees and investors.
- Able to travel.

**Salary**:
Salary + Shares

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (required)
