Responsibilities Maintain and update daily cash flow forecast models, including inflows from accounts receivable and outflows for accounts payable, payroll, and other expenditures. Prepare and present weekly AR aging summaries. Identify and analyze variances between forecasted and actual cash flows to improve forecasting accuracy. Monitor and report on DSO, collection efficiency, and overdue trends, providing insights into customer payment behavior and cash cycle performance. Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to coordinate payment planning and collection timing. Support the Treasury Controller in working capital management. Assist with funding requirements, borrowing base calculations, and related treasury reporting for lenders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in treasury, cash management, financial analysis, or corporate finance. Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity planning. Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP/accounting software is an asset, and advanced Excel skill is required. Experience preparing AR aging reports and analyzing DSO / collection efficiency metrics. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional coordination with Accounting, Operations, and Treasury teams. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated initiative in improving forecasting models and cash cycle performance. Working toward a CPA or CFA designation is an asset. Benefits Dental, Vision, Medical insurance. Paid Holiday, Paid Time Off, Paid Sick Leave. Management training programs.
