This individual, reporting to the Vice President of Investor Relations, will utilize strong hands-on FP&A skills to play a key role in the Investor Relations function. The successful candidate will have a strong technical background in modelling and investor return/metric reporting and thrive as a team player in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop advanced financial models to project investor returns and perform comprehensive scenario analysesEvaluate underwriting models to identify return drivers and forecast performance trendsAnalyze appraisals and investor holdings to validate valuation and return metricsDeliver accurate and timely ad-hoc investor reports and packagesCollaborate with the Investor Reporting team to support seamless quarterly investor reporting and distribution processQualifications / Candidate ProfileBachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field5+ years of progressive responsibilities within finance, capital markets, or investment bankingProven expertise in developing and maintaining complex financial models, designing performance metrics, and delivering advanced analytical insightsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsMastery of Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Argus, VBA, SQL, Python, or Power BI is an assetHighly detail-oriented, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environmentChartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation requiredVenterra Realty is an equal opportunity employer.
