**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a results-driven **B2B Sales Representative** to help us recruit **agent partners**—public-facing businesses who can refer potential students to our services. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in networking, outside sales, and building long-term partnerships.

**Duties**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and in-person meetings.
- Generate leads and build a pipeline of prospective clients in public businesses.
- Attend industry events, business expos, and networking functions to promote our education soltutions.
- Identify and connect with immigration consultants, travel agents, community organizations, and other relevant businesses.
- Present the benefits of becoming a referral partner with NextStep Nexus.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for outreach, meetings, and signed contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.

**Qualifications**
- Proven B2B sales experience (1+ years preferred).
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
- Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person visits.
- Experience in education, immigration, or financial services is an asset.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $66,590.00-$77,228.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: On the road
