**The Opportunity**

Leavitt Machinery is looking for a motivated **Customer Service Representative** to join our team in **Brampton, Ontario**. As the Customer Service Representative, you will drive new sources of revenue for the Service department, by selling service agreements and effectively managing customer relationships.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As the Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

- Drive new Service and Parts revenue within an assigned territory
- Meet sales targets by adding accounts to maintenance programs and establishing maintenance plans for customers
- Maintain customer satisfaction and retention for assigned accounts
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer personnel
- Conduct regular customer site visits and meet with new prospective customers
- Produce leads and opportunities for all Leavitt Machinery business units
- Track leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- At least two years of previous B2B outside sales experience
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in business, operations management, sales, or a related field is a strong asset
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using a CRM
- A customer service mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; demonstrated professionalism when speaking to contacts and customers on the phone
- Highly motivated to achieve results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Valid driver’s license

The base pay range for this role is: $45,000 to $50,000 base salary (depending on experience), plus uncapped commission. OTE in the first year is approximately $100,000.

This is a **hybrid** role based in **Brampton, Ontario**.
