We are a manufacturing company that specializes in producing high-quality plastic products. We are seeking a Team Lead who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machines and the highest quality of products.

Job Description:*

As our Lead Hand Production Associate, you will be responsible for packing various manufactured products accurately and efficiently, while ensuring that all products meet our quality standards. You will also be responsible for following our Cube Management System (CMS) and reporting any quality issues to the Production Supervisor.

Duties:*
- Checking the quality of product (lids/containers) every stack top and bottom
- Placing bagged product into the appropriate bin
- Notifying the supervisor immediately when any quality issues are discovered
- Counting and documenting the number of plastic sleeves of products packed during each shift
- Ensuring that all parts are removed from the machine, table and over the top of the conveyor before starting a new order
- Ensuring any scrap parts are placed into the scrap bin - weighing and recording as required
- Printing labels for full totes and finished skids, verify quantity is correct and sign off
- Performing any other duties as assigned by your supervisor
- Relieving break for Production Associates
- Documenting all production counts from each machine
- Monitoring housekeeping around all machines
- Communicate with Material Handlers on priority machines

Skills and Education:*
- Minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to follow instructions
- Able to operate a forklift is an asset
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English
- Must have attention to detail
- Must be able to differentiate between colors and their shades
- 1-3 years experience in a Team Lead position

- Able to work 12 hour rotating continental shifts

Continental Shift - Rotating 12 hour continental shifts between days and nights

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.53 per hour
