· Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards

· Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

· You have the ability to support operations in the kitchen or step it up and lead when required

· You have the ability to manage inventory and work in a way that reduces waste

Required license or certification:

· Proven cooking experience

· Excellent understanding of ingredients, equipment and procedures

· Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks

· Food handlers certificate preferred

Candidate must:
