Club Kitchen is a new delivery and take-out focused food hall concept launching soon. It will allow you to order from multiple restaurants in one delivery, with one fee. In an ideal setting in the bustling downtown core.

We are seeking a personable Concierge for our concept in Yaletown. Responsible for welcoming customers, managing food delivery orders, coordinating with kitchens, and troubleshooting issues. Experience with food delivery apps/systems preferred. Must excel in coordination and problem-solving.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers warmly, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.
- Manage food delivery orders and liaise with drivers for efficient pickups.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to orders, deliveries, and customer concerns.
- Optimize food delivery app systems and processes for efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Previous customer-facing experience essential, restaurant experience is an asset but not required.
- Familiarity with food delivery apps/systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability in resolving operational issues.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
