**Job Description**:
Under the supervision of the Manager of the department and in collaboration with the Training Coordinator, the Training Content Creator will be responsible for writing, creating, validating, and putting online a multitude of training courses in collaboration with the various departments.
Role and responsibilities
- Conceptualize training content to effectively convey the required information and meet time constraints.
- Support and collaborate with designers, writers, and industry specialists in the creation of content.
- Write and produce a variety of quality training content for the entire company.
- Manage filming locations, extras, and equipment to respect the company's principles and values.
- Suggest innovative ways of using and promoting e-learning to support the company's development.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a learning management system.
- Observe and work temporarily in different departments until you have acquired the necessary understanding to implement training.
- Perform any related tasks.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
- Diploma in graphic design or certificate in content creation and management or other relevant training in arts, communications, or other content creation experience.
- Skills in video editing software such as Camtesia, Articulate 360 and photo retouching (Photoshop) or other.
- Creativity, autonomy, and interest in promoting the company's values.
- Advanced oral and written bilingualism (French - English) - an asset.
