**Job Description**:
Relevant du superviseur services partagés, vous serez responsable de l’ensemble des tâches reliées à la coordination des activités de formation pour les besoins en santé et sécurité et les besoins corporatifs.
Plus particulièrement, vous responsable de:
- Planifier et coordonner les activités de formation avec les fournisseurs externes;
- Planifier et coordonner les activités de formation avec les gestionnaires;
- Travailler en collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes pour assurer la participation de tous aux activités de formation;
- Effectuer le suivi des formations et des compétences auprès des participants et des fournisseurs;
- Effectuer l’entrée de données et la mise à jour de tous les dossiers de formation dans les systèmes de gestion (AIM Campus et Nethris);
- Préparer et analyser les rapports en lien avec les requis réglementaire;
- Assurer un suivi au niveau de la facturation auprès des fournisseurs et des partenaires internes;
- Réserver les salles et le matériel pour les formations.
**Qualifications**:
- Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en administration ou l’équivalent;
- Avoir un minimum de deux années d’expérience de travail dans un rôle similaire;
- Maîtriser la langue française tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit;
- Maîtriser les logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office, particulièrement Word, Excel et Access.
**COMPÉTENCES RECHERCHÉES**
- Avoir d’excellentes aptitudes pour le travail d’équipe, la communication et le service à la clientèle;
- Être en mesure de gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément;
- Être reconnu pour avoir un excellent sens de l’organisation;
- Être rigoureux, minutieux, débrouillard et autonome.
