**General Description of the Role**:
Enhance the competencies of Axis Shop Floor employees by coordinating, scheduling and executing training on New Product Work Instructions; Safety, Quality and Lean Tools/Procedures and New Hires Introduction Program.

**Specific Tasks**:

- Responsible of developing, keeping updated and execute the training program for Axis, focusing on shop floor and engineering employees.
- Coordinates with HR and Area Managers to train new employees for Axis Safety, Lean - Quality basic tools.
- Review work instructions from New Product Introduction team as this will be the foundation for training on new product.
- Prepare training material
- Select appropriate activities or methods for the training
- Schedule and Execute training sessions
- Assess training effectiveness for employees or gather feedback from trainees after training.
- Develop with HR and Production Managers list of new employees available for training.
- Report data on completed trainings.
- Maintain stock for items needed for training new product process with new employees.
- Maintain stock for items needed for training of the Lean-Quality basic tools and electrical training.
- Identify training needs and suggest trainings.
- Build Annual training program and prepare teaching plans.
- Observes and complies with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and statutory requirements associated with this job description.
- Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Other duties as required and/or assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: DEC in sciences or field engineering experience, electrical wiring is an autout

**Experience**: Minimum one (2) years of process manufacturing experience and electrical drawing interpretation

**Software**: MS Office proficiency (especially Power Point), SharePoint

Other:
Ability to present information to a variety of audiences, oral and written communication skills, Mechanically inclined, Strong oral and written communication skills, Ability to work in a team setting, Multitasking, Ability to read and interpret all types of mechanical drawings, diagrams, spec sheets, tech. standards, Excellent organizational capabilities, Project and Time Management abilities, Electrical wiring diagram interpretation
