**Duties and Responsibilities**

The duties and responsibilities of the daytime Pastry Chef as follows:

- Work with and supervise staff to prepare and bake pastry goods, such as croissants, cronuts, cream puffs and cruffins.
- Work with staff in producing large quantities of pastries,
- Presenting baked pastry goods in a visually appealing and professional manner.
- Work with management and staff to create new recipes.
- Requisitioning baking goods and kitchen supplies.

**Job Requirements**
- At least one (1) year of experience in pastry or related industry
- Preparing baked goods.
- Team Player.
