**Key Responsibilities**

**Workforce Planning**
- Identify the need for a new role or replacement due to growth, restructuring, or turnover.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, qualifications, and expectations.

**Job Posting and Sourcing**
- Develop job descriptions and advertisements customized to align with specific job positions and organizational needs.

**Screening and Shortlisting**
- Conduct customized screening and initial contact with applicants to assess qualifications, experience, and interest levels.

**Interview Coordination**
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders, if applicable.
- Gather and share interview feedback.

**Selection and Offer**
- Conduct reference checks, background checks, or skills tests as required.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms (e.g., salary, benefits, start date).

**Onboarding**
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and information to succeed.
