Recruitment Officer*
**Start Date: As Soon As Possible**
**Salary Range: $46,964.91 to $ 63,540.75**
**Location: Henlow Campus and/or remotely, as required**
**Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm (35 hours/week)**
Reporting to the Coordinator, Student Recruitment and Pathways the Recruitment Officer serves as an ambassador of MITT, and contributes ideas to meet/exceed domestic enrolment and enhance the goals and overall vision and brand.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Coordinate and participate in the Manitoba Public Post-Secondary Cooperative (MPPC) fall recruitment tour.
- Advise prospective students on program information, entrance requirements, tuition and fees, financial aid and awards, and admission policies.
- Manage campus tour bookings, and facilitate tours of Henlow, Fultz, and Pembina Campus.
- Develop recruitment tools, templates and workflow campaigns using HubSpot and SalesMsg CRM software.
- Develop and deliver post-secondary presentations for high schools, adult learning centres, government, and community organizations. (in-person and virtual).
- Liaise with MITT departments/instructors to ensure accurate admissions policies, program information, and coordination of recruitment events and initiatives.
- Coordinate, plan and participate in career fairs and recruitment events across Manitoba, including the Skills Manitoba Young Women’s Conferences, MITT Open House, and Counsellors Seminar.
- Maintain and develop content for Chatterhigh, the MITT Educators and Partners webpage and E-newsletter.
- Maintain the recruitment mailing list, and assist in the coordination of the annual fall mail-out.
- Work with the Marketing/External Relations team in the development of marketing materials and recruitment publications.
- Maintain and coordinate the purchase of giveaways and promotional items.
- Creating domestic student recruitment reports, and other reports as required.
- **Required** Qualifications and Experience*:
- A combination of related education and experience may be considered._
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration is preferred.
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration.
- Experience in administrative work including usage of various technology tools, including CRM software - i.e., HubSpot.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Ability to self-manage workload and work in a team environment.
**Preferred **Qualifications and Experience**:
- Experience working in a post-secondary environment.
- Experience in sales and customer service.
- Experience in event coordination.
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
- Experience developing and working within and monitoring budgets.
