**As a Seasonal Operations Professional you will**:

- Implement all company operational policies and procedures and after sales servicing to ensure store operations run smoothly
- Partner with Client Advisors and Management to respond efficiently to customer requests, handle and follow up on merchandise transfer requests and process point sales quickly and accurately
- Improve the customer experience with hospitality and store amenities to create outstanding experiences
- Ensure hospitality area is fully stocked and clean
- Assist sales team with boxing and wrapping items, personalizing sales, replenishing POS, and gifting supplies, keeping all POS stations and sales floor areas neat and organized
- As an effective brand ambassador, ensure customers are greeted and assisted in a timely manner, and have a memorable experience consistent with the Tiffany brand
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Assist with special projects, engraving, answering phones, and inventory

**As a Seasonal Client Advisor you will**:

- Assist and interact with clients to create luxury experiences that positively impact sales and service
- Be an effective brand ambassador, ensuring clients are greeted and assisted promptly and have an exceptional experience consistent with the Tiffany brand
- Elevate the client experience with hospitality and store amenities
- Assist with boxing and wrapping items, personalizing sales, replenishing Point of Sale (POS) and gifting supplies
- Process purchases and ensure POS stations and sales floor areas are neat and organized
- Perform one-on-one selling ceremonies when required
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals
- Assist with inventory and special projects as needed

**EXPERIENCE**
- Ability to work non-traditional business hours: evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous retail, luxury retail, or customer related experience such as hospitality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work with a diverse client base
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Authorization to work in the country where the position is based
