Dealer-FX is the exclusive or preferred service technology provider for Stellantis, Nissan and several other OEMs in the US and Canada and has more than 2,000 dealership clients.
**Responsibilities**:
We are seeking a creative, forward-thinking, and organized digital marketing specialist to join our growing team. In this position, the Digital Marketing Specialist will contribute to the corporate brand and communications mandate through top-of-funnel activities that build the Dealer-FX brand and strategic business goals. This highly collaborative position will work closely with cross-functional teams (internal and external) to implement marketing initiatives, transforming strategic opportunities into effective and measurable actions.

What You'll be Doing:_**
- Work with marketing team members to develop and implement product launches, marketing campaigns, and engagement programs across multiple platforms.
- Monitor industry trends and share insights for marketing planning.
- Assist with the planning of tradeshow events.
- Work with third-party services on the upload of managed website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance and a seamless user experience.
- Research website trends, digital technologies, competitor strategies, market behaviours, etc., provide response and/or proactive recommendations, and integrate these into plans.
- Support the implementation of customer experience enhancement projects on the website.
- Run web analytics reports that contribute meaningful analysis and actionable insights to the marketing team; conduct ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
- Understanding of “the customer journey” and how “discovery” integrates into the entire journey map.
- Collaborate with other departments as needed.
Qualifications:
**_ What you'll Bring:_**
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience working in a B2B professional services and/or corporate environment is a must.
- Track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing programs.
- Experience working within a website Content Management System (WordPress preferred) is a bonus.
- Creative problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
- Ability to adapt communications approach based on audience.
- Team player that thrives in fast paced environment, with ability to adapt and align with the strategy.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once while respecting associated deadlines.
