**This role involves cross-department collaboration, requiring close coordination with marketing and IT teams.**

**Digital Marketing Specialist**:

- Timely execution of website banners for impacted pages - product category pages, homepage, and promotional pages.
- Creating and managing product listings on company erp system
- Along with product team, write compelling product descriptions, optimizing images, and ensuring listings are SEO-friendly to maximize visibility and sales.
- Entering and maintaining accurate data records in Excel spreadsheets.
- Develop strong understanding of internal merchandising and web systems to troubleshoot merchandising system/process issues.
- Research & create keyword lists for Google Ads Search Campaigns
- Support the marketing team with simple admin tasks

**Office Admin**:

- Help colleagues fix computer, printer, and basic equipment problems in the office
- Report website issues and other tech problems to our IT

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Tech-savvy and good with computers (Windows, internet search, basic office equipment)
- Can speak and write in both English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin)
- Good team player, helpful and positive
- Organized and able to manage time well
- Able to think critically and solve problems

**Nice to Have**
- Diploma, certificate, or experience in digital marketing or IT is an asset.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads, video editing, or basic website management is a plus

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
