Your Mission

We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our fast-growing Financial Operations team. Reporting to our Business Intelligence Manager, you will be supporting the team on Data and Reporting needs with a key focus on FP&A and MP&A.

**Requirements**:
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the business intelligence and analytics team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to drive actionable insights. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in data visualization, and contribute to the development, automation, and maintenance of data models, reporting, and Dashboards.

**Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Build, maintain, and improve Power BI Datasets and Dashboards with focus on ETL and Analytics
- Collaborate with the finance team to gather, analyze and document requirements
- Identify automation and improvement opportunities
- Automate financial processes and reporting
- Analyze financial data and processes to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities

**Qualifications include, but are not limited to**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- 2-3 year’s experience in business intelligence or analytics - Power BI, data modeling, SQL, DAX, Power Query
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for working with data
- Knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling techniques
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in the payments industry (asset)
- Process Improvement experience (asset)
- Fluent in English
