Reporting to the COO, the CFO will play an integral part of the leadership team and holds a critical role in overall financial management, reporting and planning.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent with a professional accreditation, CPA or equivalent designation required
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls
- High proficiency in corporate and personal tax. Experience with cross-border tax issues would be considered an asset
- Strong experience navigating an entrepreneurial work environment
- High adaptability and ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Significant experience in a key leadership role
- Technologically savvy
- Strong organization skills
- The ability to meet deadlines through efficient and effective work
- Automotive or RV dealership experience is considered an asset but is not required

**Duties Include**
- Effectively develop the company’s financial strategy, in ways that lead to stability and growth, in conjunction with the leadership team
- Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department’s goals and objectives
- Oversite of all finance related activities including financial and management reporting, internal controls, external audits, internal reporting and participation in the budgeting and forecasting process
- Assist COO in maximizing real estate opportunities for entire holdings as well as manage the responsibilities of all current internal and external leases
- Develop and maintain key financial relationships including banking and insurance
- Proactively develop and maintain a favorable capital structure for the company
- Mitigate the company’s compliance and liability related risks. Actively ensuring compliance with all governing bodies.
- Maintain and develop tax strategies to maximize tax efficiency for all corporate and personal entities.
