**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in managing restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards.
- Train and mentor staff on best practices in customer service, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain menu quality and consistency.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Support financial management by tracking sales and expenses.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and sales tracking.
- Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure safety and quality in food preparation.
- Experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and bartending skills.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
